Who can use the online booking service?

Exercise classes can only be booked online by Fit&Well members. Other activities can be booked online by Fit&Well or Access members, subject to payment of any applicable fee.

How do I register for online bookings?

On the Home screen click on the Register option on the right of the screen and enter your membership details.

What is my user name?

You user name is a unique name that you choose on registering and subsequently use to login.

Why am I getting an error message when trying to register?

If you are trying to register and are getting a message saying there is an error with the information you are providing, this message means that the information we have on our system is different to that which you are entering. Please email us the correct details and we will update them.

What time do online bookings open?

Bookings open 7 days in advance for members. Online bookings open at 6am. Bookings at reception in person or by phone do not open until 7am.

Why can't I choose a specific court for my badminton / table tennis booking?

If more than one court is available you will be shown a drop down box to choose your court. If this drop down box isn't shown it means that there is only one court available.

Why have I been able to add more than one place in a class to my basket.

Although you can add more than one place, one will be booked to an anonymous non-member and you will have to remove this place from the basket before checking out.

How do I make a KidzKlub booking online?

Before you can make a KidzKlub booking you must provide proof of your child's date of birth to The John Warner Sports Centre. Once this has been added to the membership record you will be able to book places online under the Courses option. If you want to book places for more than one child you will need to complete separate bookings.

How do I cancel a zero cost activity/booking?

Any booking made online can also be cancelled online. Please view Account History, select the activity to cancel and then click on the red box containing the cross to cancel. If the booking was made at the centre or over the phone you should call or text the relevant centre with your membership number and cancellation request. Contact details are on the Contact Us tab on the Home page.

How do I cancel a paid for activity/booking?

Paid for bookings can't be cancelled online. You should call or text the relevant centre with your membership number and cancellation request. Contact details are on the Contact Us tab on the Home page. A refund will be given if the cancellation is made within the cancellation period (more than 24 hours before the start of the activity).
